Details
- METHOD OF USE: positive blast chilling +90 / +3°C to the core, soft and hard. Storage at +3°C at the end of the cycle. Rapid freezing +90 / -18°C to the core, soft and hard. Storage at -18°C at the end of the cycle. Automatic fish sanitisation cycle. Automatic ice cream hardening cycle.
- CONTROL EQUIPMENT: Control interface with 5″ colour touch screen display. Connectivity available on request. Heated core probe with 4 measuring points and quick connector. USB connection for uploading and downloading data and recipes. Thermal protection to safeguard the compressor. Microswitch to stop internal ventilation when the door is opened.
- CONSTRUCTION FEATURES: Scotch Brite satin-finish stainless steel exterior. High-density CFC- and HCFC-free PU insulation (42 kg/m3). Copper-aluminium evaporator coil, cataphoresis-coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, installed on the side, with fairing that can be opened using a special safety key for easy and correct maintenance, all tested to PED and UL pressure of 30 bar. High ventilation evaporator to ensure maximum cooling system efficiency. Anti-condensation resistance, located on the door under the gasket. Door with strip gasket equipped with hinges with closing ramp. Ergonomic vertical handle with magnetic closure. Access ramp equipped with liquid collection grid and filtering system (optional). External bumper to protect the control panel. Internal bumper in thick AISI 304 stainless steel to prevent damage from the trolley. Cell with rounded corners for easy cleaning. Sandwich floor reinforced with 30/10 steel plate and 5WL non-slip finish. Surfaces, metal components and internal reinforcements made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel. Resistance to saline environments tested for at least 800 hours. Suspended internal evaporator that allows for the rapid removal of wash water in accordance with NFS and UNI EN 14159 standards.
